Regarding the Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

Dear FWD customer

FWD Life Insurance Public Company Limited ("FWD or company"), is aware of the importance in managing your personal information under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (“PDPA”) and applicable regulations. Therefore, we would like to inform you that the company has collected, used and disclosed (collectively called “Process”) your personal information in the company's possession prior to the date that PDPA becomes fully effective.  In order to give you confidence in your safety and rights in accordance with the PDPA, as well as the understanding of the purpose of processing your information that the company possesses, we therefore establish Privacy Policy, details specified in https://www.fwd.co.th/th/privacy-policy/.  Please take a moment to read and understand the rights regarding your personal information that has been given to or possessed by FWD.

In case that you would no longer allow FWD to process your personal information, you can request to withdraw the consent to process your information via online channel FWD Link ( https://fwdlink.fwd.co.th/ ) or Contact Center. However, if you withdraw your consent, we will not be able to directly provide you with the information of products or services, except those related to core insurance business, you may need or may be interested in.  Moreover, the request for withdrawal must not interfere with the services and operations according to insurance contract, including any other acts that are defined by applicable laws. When we receive your withdrawal request, we will consider and take appropriate action according to PDPA. 

If you have not withdrawn the consent as mentioned above, the company will continue to process your information as we have been doing, which includes the collection, use and disclosure, in accordance with the PDPA and the company’s privacy policy from 1 June 2022 onwards.
