FWD Cambodia appoints Chim Guanghui as its new CEO

FWD Life Insurance (Cambodia) Plc. (“FWD Cambodia”) today announced the appointment of Chim Guanghui as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), reporting to Peter Grimes, Regional CEO of FWD Thailand and Cambodia, and Chairman of Board of Directors of FWD Cambodia.

“We’re excited to welcome Hui to the FWD family. His wealth of experience and leadership will be invaluable in helping meet the growing protection needs of Cambodian families. Mr. Chim brings with him close to 25 years of experience in insurance, banking, and other commercial sectors in Cambodia, including serving as Deputy CEO at a multi-national bank and as Chief Operating Officer at a global life insurance company in Phnom Penh. He has also been a consultant for several well-established businesses in the Kingdom. As an avid runner, Mr. Chim is also a strong promoter of sports and running events.
